Stock Clutch Lockup Tool - Harley-Davidson Big Twin 1936-1984

This tool set locks the clutch hub to the clutch basket so you can properly torque the clutch hub nut and engine sprocket/pulley nut. It fits 1936-1984 stock Harley-Davison big twin clutches (Knucklehead, Panhead, Shovelhead). It includes the stainless steel locking plate and plastic locking block from Lowbrow Customs.

This was the first tool I developed because I was working on my shovel in my garage by myself and couldn't figure out how to stop the clutch hub from spinning while I was torquing the clutch hub nut.  I thought to myself that there had to be a better way, and now there is.  As with everything we do, this is made in the USA.  

Steps for use:
Install the clutch hub
Install the clutch basket, primary chain/belt, and engine sprocket/pulley
Place the lock up plate in the basket and hub assembly
Place the locking block tool in between the chain/belt and the engine sprocket/pulley
Now you can torque the clutch hub nut and the engine sprocket/pulley nut to the proper specification.
